Im Falle eines Fehlers k\u00f6nnte hier n\u00e4mlich noch\u00a0eingriffen werden, bevor der n\u00e4chste Arbeitsschritt erfolgt und das Buch gebunden wird. (Gemeint sind hierbei jedoch nicht mehr Tippfehler, etc.. \u2013 diese sind in vorherigen Arbeitsschritten hoffentlich gr\u00fcndlichst gepr\u00fcft worden.)<br \/>\nM\u00f6gliche Fehler, die es hier zu suchen\u00a0gilt, sind eher technischer Art: wie z.Bsp. \u00a0falsche Reihenfolge der Druckb\u00f6gen, Schreibfehler in der Druckplattenerstellung, im\u00a0Belichtungsvorgang, etc<\/p>\n<p><em>Die Aush\u00e4nger in der Hand zu halten ist immer ein <strong>erhebendes Gef\u00fchl<\/strong> f\u00fcr Verlag, Hersteller und Layouter\u00a0\u2013\u00a0vor allem dann, wenn man wie in unserem Fall keinen Produktionsfehler entdecken kann&#8230; &#8211;&gt; <span style=\"color: #333399;\">Wow\u2013 alles ist so wie man es haben wollte&#8230;<\/span> Endlich l\u00f6st sich die letzte Sorge, da\u00df was schiefgehen k\u00f6nnte, in Luft auf.\u00a0<\/em><em>Autoren kennen diese allerletzte Sorge der Hersteller und Layouter nicht, f\u00fcr sie ist die <strong>Druckfreigabe<\/strong>\u00a0wenige\u00a0Tage\u00a0vorher\u00a0der Alles-Entscheidende-Bauchschmerz-Termin \u2013 also das letzte PDF.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1177\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1177\" style=\"width: 1200px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fahrradbuch.de\/artikel\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Cargobikeboom_1200px.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1177 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fahrradbuch.de\/artikel\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Cargobikeboom_1200px.jpg\" alt=\"Cargobikeboom_1200px\" width=\"1200\" height=\"900\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fahrradbuch.de\/artikel\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Cargobikeboom_1200px.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.fahrradbuch.de\/artikel\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Cargobikeboom_1200px-155x116.jpg 155w, https:\/\/www.fahrradbuch.de\/artikel\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Cargobikeboom_1200px-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.fahrradbuch.de\/artikel\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Cargobikeboom_1200px-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.fahrradbuch.de\/artikel\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Cargobikeboom_1200px-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.fahrradbuch.de\/artikel\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Cargobikeboom_1200px-678x509.jpg 678w, https:\/\/www.fahrradbuch.de\/artikel\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Cargobikeboom_1200px-326x245.jpg 326w, https:\/\/www.fahrradbuch.de\/artikel\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Cargobikeboom_1200px-80x60.jpg 80w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1177\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Cargobike Boom &#8211; die Aush\u00e4nger der Druckerei<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Im Vordergrund des Bildes sieht man (leicht unscharf) die einzelnen <strong>Falzb\u00f6gen<\/strong> (auch Heftchen genannt). In unserem Fall umfasst\u00a0ein Heftchen 32 Seiten (es sind auch andere Seitenzahlen m\u00f6glich &#8211; je nach Papiersorte,\u00a0Buchformat und Druck-bzw. Buchbindermaschine).<br \/>\nIm Bild sieht man aber auch noch <strong>Text und Markierungen auf der R\u00fcckseite der Heftchen<\/strong>: Das sind Auftragsnummer, \u00a0Kurztitel und ganz rechts das sind die sogenannten &#8222;Flattermarken&#8220;, diese Elemente dienen Pr\u00fcfzwecken.<br \/>\nBeim Einf\u00fcllen der Heftchen in die einzelnen Stationen der Bindemaschine kann man so optisch sehr leicht erkennen, ob\u00a0sich ein falscher Bogen untergemischt haben sollte. Wenn die B\u00f6gen\u00a0alle in der richtigen Reihenfolge gef\u00fcgt wurden, ergeben die Flattermarken ein &#8222;Treppchen&#8220; &#8211; dies dient der Kontrolle der richtigen Reihenfolge der B\u00f6gen, doppelte und fehlende B\u00f6gen \u2013 wie noch vor 20 Jahren \u00fcblich \u2013 werden somit ausgeschlossen. Die Kontrolle der Flattermarken oblag dem Buchbinder, aber heute \u00fcbernimmt dies mehrheitlich\u00a0die Maschine.<\/p>\n<p>Die alte Redewendung <strong>&#8222;Aufpassen wie ein Heftelmacher&#8220;<\/strong> kommt daher. (also verdammt gut aufpassen m\u00fcssen)<br \/>\nBogensignaturen gibt es schon sehr lange. Man sieht sie in alten B\u00fcchern direkt unten auf den entsprechenden Bogen-Anfangs-Seiten, wobei das Sternchen die &#8222;sch\u00f6ne&#8220; Seite des Druckbogens bezeichnete, denn Papier hat\u00a0eine sch\u00f6ne Seite und eine Siebseite. Das Ergebnis ist dann der fertige Buchblock. Dieser Block wird nun\u00a0in den Umschlag geklebt, der vorher \u2013 in unserem Fall vierfach \u2013 \u00a0gerillt wurde. 2 Rillen ben\u00f6tigt man f\u00fcr den Buchr\u00fccken und 2 zus\u00e4tzliche Rillen bilden quasi die <strong>&#8222;Gelenke&#8220; f\u00fcr eine gute Aufschlagbarkeit<\/strong> und zur Schonung des Buches in der Benutzung.<br \/>\nDiese Art der Bindung ist <strong>sehr robust<\/strong> und niemals werden sich einzelne Seiten l\u00f6sen&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus\u00a0haben wir uns f\u00fcr einen <strong>sehr festen Umschlagkarton<\/strong> entschieden und lassen diesen mit einer\u00a0<strong>kratzfesten Folie<\/strong>\u00a0ausstatten.<br \/>\nDie kratzfeste Folie ist nicht Standard und kostet extra. Aber wer sich schon mal \u00fcber die\u00a0zerkratzte Oberfl\u00e4che eines\u00a0neuen\u00a0Buches ge\u00e4rgert hat oder sogar schon B\u00fccher sah, bei denen sich die Druckfarbe abreibt, wei\u00df nun, da\u00df da an der falschen Stelle gespart bzw.\u00a0(wie im letzten Fall) komplett auf eine Oberfl\u00e4chenveredelung verzichtet wurde.<\/p>\n<p>Nachdem der Buchblock seinen Umschlag erhalten hat, erfolgt der sogenannte &#8222;<strong>Drei-Seiten-Beschnitt<\/strong>&#8220; \u2013 das geht dann ratz-fatz und sogar stapelweise via Flie\u00dfband.\u00a0Direkt und\u00a0ohne Zwischenstopp wird die <strong>Einschwei\u00dffolie<\/strong> um das Buch geschlagen, welches dann weiter auf der Flie\u00dfstrecke im\u00a0W\u00e4rmetunnel seinen letzten Arbeitsschritt erf\u00e4hrt.<br \/>\nDanach werden die B\u00fccher nur noch gez\u00e4hlt\u00a0und versandfertig gemacht.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fahrradbuch.de\/product_info.php?cPath=52&amp;products_id=1786\">&#8211;&gt; Verf\u00fcgbarkeit pr\u00fcfen<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>*Bei der <strong>Cargo Bike Night <\/strong>am\u00a0Donnerstag Abend (22.3.\u00a0\u2013 im Vorfeld der Berliner Fahrradschau) liegen bei <strong>amb Cycles<\/strong> in Berlin, Penzlauer Berg erste Exemplare des Buchs aus. Kommt einfach vorbei.<\/p>\n<p>*Zur <strong>Berliner Fahrradschau<\/strong> am 23. M\u00e4rz k\u00f6nnt ihr die ersten druckfrischen B\u00fccher pr\u00fcfen oder auch signieren lassen :), \u00a0denn einer der Autoren \u2013 <strong>J\u00fcrgen Ghebrezgiabiher<\/strong> \u2013 wird anwesend sein.\u00a0Eric Poscher kann aus famili\u00e4ren Gr\u00fcnden nicht kommen, ihn trefft ihr aber dann im\u00a0April in Berlin \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>*Im Rahmen der\u00a0<strong>VELO Berlin &amp; Cargobike Festival ICBF\u00a0<\/strong>am 14+15. April wird das Buch von <strong>beiden\u00a0Autoren<\/strong> bei den Cargobike Projekten pr\u00e4sentiert.<\/p>\n<p>*<strong>Beide\u00a0Autoren<\/strong>\u00a0sind auf der europ\u00e4ischen <strong>Cyclelogistic Konferenz<\/strong> am 13.
